The Linux version for our hardware generators is the same as the Windows versions except it does not include the QNGmeter, FileMaker and QNGReport. This version includes the complete source code for the interface software. API program examples are included to show how the generators are interfaced and operated.

RNGmeter 0.9 is a free random number generator test package. It tests random numbers from files and TCP bit streams. Note: the latest QNG software includes its own tester for our hardware generators.

The ComScire RNGmeter is a continuous statistical
tester that uses five powerful and fundamentally different tests on the input
data. This version (0.9) tests files, external TCP bit streams as well as the
ComScire J1000KU hardware true random number generator.
Version 0.9 Fixes the following bugs:
· Invalid Page Fault exception when testing files on 98/ME
· Display does not reset to default values before testing
· Corrupted chi-squared image

J1000KU Firmware Upgrade This procedure will make the J1000KU hardware compatible with R2000KU drivers and
ActiveX. This will allow the J1000KU to operate on 64-bit Windows operating systems
including XP, Vista and 7. However, this process is irreversible and compatibility not widely tested.
